Q. How can I export interlaced video for display on TV with MorhMan?

A. Use Interleave parameter on Output Options dialog. Set to None for display on computer monitor and to Odd or Even for output to TV with Upper or Lower Field First interlacing.

Q. Is there a MorphMan version for Mac?

A. Not yet :-)

Q. I’m owner of Imagic 5. Can I upgrade to STOIK Imagic Premium.

A. 

Owners of STOIK Imagic (version 5) are entitled for free upgrade to STOIK Imagic Premium.

You should follow three simple steps.

  1. Download and install STOIK Imagic.
  2. Submit request to our support team with registration information of your Imagic. Please mention in your request: your STOIK Imagic version, serial key, registration name, date of purchase, order ID (optional). We will send you back new registration key for STOIK Imagic Premium.
  3. Activate Imagic with your new registration key. You should enter it into the activation dialogue available from menu Help -> Activate. A message box with successful activation message should appear after you click OK. If the activation does not work please check that you enter the key precisely as it was given in email (use Copy-Paste) or contact our support team.


Q. I would like to install a copy of the software on my laptop as well. Do I need to buy a second license? How can I obtain an activation key for the second computer?

A. Our single user licensing terms allow installation of the software on up to 2 computers.

Q. I am getting a 'trial period has expired' message. How to activate the program?

First of all, you need to purchase an activation key.
After successful order submission you will receive an e-mail with an activation key.
You should enter it into the activation dialogue available from menu Help -> Activate.
A message box with successful activation message should appear after you click OK. If the activation does not work please check that you enter the key precisely as it was given in email (use Copy-Paste) or contact our support team.
