Fixed problem: Setup is unable
to create program shortcuts in Start Menu
Faulty condition: Running PictureMan
setup older than Nov. 1997 on computer with Internet Explorer v.4.0
Problem description: During setup
after copying program files to destination folder setup program generates Page
Fault error in module SHELL32.DLL and stops without creating program shortcuts
in Start menu.
Solution:
We recommend you to add missing shortcuts manually to avoid downloading of updated setup.
1. Go to Start/Settings/Taskbar & Start menu/Start menu/Add
2. add shortcuts to all executable (EXE) files that were installed in PictureMan folder (default location of files is [c:]\Program Files\Stoik\Picture Man):
pm30_32.exe - PictureMan 3.0 PRO
morphman.exe - MorphMan 2.01
vman32.exe - VideoMan 1.0
vmncap32.exe - VideoMan Capturer
snd.exe - SoundMan 1.0
