How To Create Custom Color Palette In PM Stitch Creator 3.0
Sometimes you need to use custom color palette instead of preinstalled palettes of stitching thread colors - for example you want to make a latch hook rug designed based on your picture and you need to convert photo to a yarn colors palette. To do this use palette editing functions on the Floss Colors dialog.

To create a new palette from scratch you need to
remove colors currently in the palette, it is easer to do by:
- Set "Maximum number of colors" to 2 (minimum allowed value)
- For each color in the "Colors in use" select it and click
"Delete"

2. Now once you have empty list of colors, click "Add custom..."

- Type in descriptive Thread name
(in this example "Black") and Thread number (in this example "1")
- Click OK

3. To add more colors click "Add custom..." again, define name and number for new color as in #2 and and click on the color sample square to open color selector:

Select color, click OK, then OK on the Custom Thread dialog, now you have palette like this:

4. Repeat step #3 as necessary to add custom colors to palette.

5. Click "Save..." and type in the name for your new palette in the "Save palette..." dialog
